"Delivery was too hit-or-miss for me"
I ordered a dress and the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking said it had shipped, but then there were no real updates for days, so I had no idea what was going on. Customer support wasn’t much help either — they gave me vague answers. It ended up arriving later than expected and threw off the plans I bought it for. If you’re not in a rush, maybe it wouldn’t be a big deal, but for the price, I expected the shipping to be a lot more reliable. I don’t think I’d order again.

"I ordered based on the size chart..."
I ordered based on the size chart on Jenny Yoo and even measured myself twice to be safe, but the dress still fit terribly. The bust was loose, while the waist was way too tight, like it was made for a completely different body shape. I tried contacting customer service about it too, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Now I’m stuck paying for alterations, and for the price of this dress, the sizing really should be more accurate.

"Returning it was a hassle"
I tried to exchange my order, but it took around forever to get sorted out. Support wasn’t very helpful either, so the whole process ended up being frustrating.

"Knew right away this dress wasn’t worth it"
I judged this dress pretty much the second I took it out of the package. It looked cute online, but in person the fabric felt cheap and the stitching was sloppy in a couple spots. One seam was already starting to pull when I tried it on, which is not great for the price. The fit was weird too, so overall it just didn’t feel well made. I wouldn’t order it again

"Customer service was honestly frustrating"
I had a rough time with customer service. The replies was really slow, and I kept having to follow up just to get any kind of response. Even after all that, I still didn’t get a clear answer, so I left feeling disappointed.
